Some of the food stuff...Since the Shan Children's Home is still relatively new and in need of more help, we decided to donate more. Their request for milk and milo for the children is quite reasonable as oppose to some children centers/homes that requested for coffee and mineral water. We don't understand why the small children need coffee. And why mineral water, when it's more cost effective to boil the tap water for drinking. So we brought some milo, milk, sugar, bake beans and sardines to the home today. The children are serve vegetarian food on every Tuesday and Friday. The Home is also looking for sponsors to sponsor some meals to lighten their meal budgets. So anyone who would like to contribute to any birthday party or celebration of any kind, do kindly contact the home.
